How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Mentalballs Pest Control wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Mentalballs Pest Control
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is a Provider

Providers in our network run their own businesses. Each one is responsible for its estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done at your home, a good first step is to bring it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that keeps falling short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Mentalballs Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, give refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

If you are worried about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Georgia.

Sending Us Your Complaint

Email contact@mentalballs.property and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Once we finish, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
